These logs are molded from Refractory Ceramics. Wood grain and bark detailing is then hand painted by the artisans at Empire. The matching vent free Harmony burner provides 38000 BTUs of supplemental heating power to quickly and efficiently heat your space. Baffles in the precision-ported burners produce a realistic flickering flame that makes any space instantly more inviting. This Harmony burner only needs a compatible wired wall switch or remote and receiver set to add remote functionality. The Harmony burner is ignited by means of a push-button Piezo ignition switch. This vent free burner is easily converted to a vented burner simply by opening the fireplace damper. The super size log sets from Empire feature extra logs versus their regular counterparts for added presence in your fireplace. Number of extra logs varies by collection. For safety an ODS (Oxygen Depletion System) will shut down the burner if the oxygen levels become unsafe. All gas log sets from Empire Comfort Systems are designed and tested to ANSI standards.
