We have no problem placing orders over the phone, however we require customers to have an email address for address verification. If you do not have an email address we are not responsible for typographical errors in the shipping address.

• When you find a replacement part in this listing, be sure to examine the picture of the part carefully and compare it to your original part. If the dimensions are NOT a close match, you should not buy the part.

• Please note : The illustration shown does not reflect actual physical product. The illustration is strictly a tool for dimensional purpose

• To help insure that you get the correct replacement parts for your, we highly recommend that you measure your original parts and compare them to the listed below. This is best done with the parts out of the grill. Verify your model number. The information shown below for the Models is the latest we have and believed to be accurate.


• All Items Purchased At Our Local Hollywood Store Counter, Including Walk-Ins and Will-Calls Are Sold At The "Retail Price" Also Listed On Our Site.

• We have parts for many models not in our listing. If your model is not listed, there is a good chance that you can find a replacement part with a dimensional search. If you still don’t see your burner, you can probably replace it with an H or oval burner with a universal, adjustable venturi.

• Our parts are manufactured to exacting specifications to meet or exceed the quality of the original equipment parts they replace.

• Prices are subject to change due to fluctuating market conditions. Prices, part numbers and availability are subject to change at any time by the manufacture, which may result in slight variation of advertised goods. Goods are subject to availability, although if items are out of stock or discontinued, we will inform those that have ordered the items.

• Typographical Errors by TheBBQDepot.com In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, TheBBQDepot.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. TheBBQDepot.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, TheBBQDepot.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING


1. We ship most items Via UPS.  By offering a low cost flat rate "Best Way" shipping option, we reserve the right to ship in a method other than UPS : USPS.  International items that are more cost effective through the United States Postal Service will use this method. Items that exceed 150 lbs must go either International Ship or Air and US Ground Freight.

2. Orders placed Monday - Friday before 12 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will usually ship within 2 - 5 business days pending availability, credit card verification and method of shipping chosen.

3. If you choose an expedited method, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select or Worldwide Express, does NOT GUARANTEE your order leaves the same day but Air shipments will ship BEFORE Ground.

4. During any HOLIDAY, including but not limited to, Valentine's Day, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Passover, Yom Kippur, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, etc., order will ship within 7-10 business days.

5. NO orders will be shipped on weekends or holidays.

6. Because we ship from many warehouses through out the United States, we can not guarantee shipment day. Although 99% of our orders ship same day or next day, there are a small percentage of orders that can take up to 3-6 days to ship.

7. Not all of the items listed on our site are available immediately, so selecting Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select or W orldwide Express, Shipping does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days. We may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.

9. Shipping BBQ Grills prices are for with-in the Continental United States (Contiguous USA). Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico require Next Day Air or Second Day Air, for which there is an additional charge. All other countries and US Territories are considered International, for which there is an additional charges.


10. Freight Shipments   ***CUSTOMERS MUST READ***
Customers are required to thoroughly inspect all packages and boxes. Failure to do so will bar the customer from recovery for undiscovered damages. Per the policies and regulations of the freight companies, shipping liability is transferred to the customer once goods are delivered and sign for. Please do not automatically assume that the contents of your packages are undamaged, simply because the boxes appear intact. Even if the truck driver is impatient or rushed, please keep in mind that this transfer of liability is taking place, making the customer ultimately responsible for undiscovered damages.

 

Tracking Your Order:


You will receive an email confirmation with your order tracking information once your package has shipped.

The BBQ Depot is not responsible for lost or missing orders sent to any incorrect address.

 

Shipping Costs:


We ship our items via UPS unless otherwise stated. Some UPS Charges, ie Express, International, etc. are calculated after order has been placed. Shipping is not FREE.

We try our very best to get all orders out in the same day. Choosing an Express option does NOT guarantee your item will ship the same day.

Please call us if you have a specific date which you need your item so we can see if it is at all possible to oblige.

Canada - If you choose UPS Standard to Canada, Brokerage Fees, Import Fees, Duties and taxes are NOT included. You will be required to pay these fees upon receiving your product.

Canada Worldwide Express - Bond Fees Are NOT Included in the Shipping Costs.
 
International - ALL International Shipments MUST select UPS Worldwide. Your order will be modified accordingly. UPS Ground is NOT an international option.

ALL BBQ Branding Irons are shipped FedEx Ground and USPS to Canada and ship within 7-10 business days.

TheBBQDepot.com does not assume responsibility for any transportation delays or damage to the product during delivery.

TheBBQDEPOT.com does not assume any Bond Fees, Brokerage Fees, Import fees, Duties or Taxes when shipping international, including Canada . If you are not sure what these costs will be, we advise calling your local government.

Canadian and other international customers: We do not collect VAT or other import taxes. If your country levies VAT or other import taxes, it is NOT included in our charges. You are responsible for any import taxes, typically collected on delivery, levied by your government.

COMMERCIAL (LTL) Freight - Our full size grills are shipped via Commercial Freight to the Freight Terminal ONLY at no charge. If you would like Freight to a Commercial Location or to a Residence, additional Fees WILL APPLY.

 

Returns & Exchanges:


We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. We pride ourselves on Customer satisfaction. Returned items for exchange will be credited to your original form of payment and a new invoice will be generated for the replacement item(s). We will gladly accept exchanges under the following policy:

Each product returned for exchange must be in its original condition and ready to go back on the shelf or a higher fee may be applied. This includes the item and its packaging. For example, item/merchandise MUST be in Unused and Original Packaging and in Resalable Condition. All exchanges require a return authorization number (contact us for an RA #). The cost to ship the product back to TheBBQDepot.com will be paid by the customer. The cost to ship the new product(s) will be paid by the customer.

We will return your purchase less handling fee (excluding Shipping) and a 25% restocking fee if you do not want your item if you Contact us within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. The item/merchandise MUST be in Unused and Original Packaging and in Resalable Condition! If you simply don't want it, you pay the return shipping, and we will give you a refund in the cost of the product LESS 25% return handling fee within 5 days.

You MUST obtain an RMA number or the item will be refused.

After 30 days, returns will be refused and Return Authorizations will not be given. No Refunds After 30 Days

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on SPECIAL ORDER Items. Including but not limited to Branding Irons, Gas logs, Gas Log/Burners, Special Order Grill Part, Mixing and Matching to other Manufactures Parts Not The Same As Original Manufactures example: Grill Covers, Parts NOT Listed on our website and ANY Products NOT Stocked in our Warehouse.

Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable on all orders

* Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt for shipping damages or missing items.
* You must notify us within two (2) days of receipt of any shipping damages.
* We cannot take responsibility for shipping damages beyond this point.
* We cannot accept returns for items damaged in transit where that damage is not reported to us within 2 days of a customer accepting that shipment.
* Damages must be reported immediately.
* If you do not inspect your shipment for damages right away, we cannot be held responsible for the damages later.

Cancellations and Modifications:


Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancelations. There are ABSOLUTELY NO Cancelations once an order has been placed.

REFUSED Shipments:

If you decide to refuse any shipments from TheBBQDepot.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to TheBBQDepot.com. This amount plus the 50% restocking Fee will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

If you refuse your merchandise you will be charged for shipping charges as well as a 50% restocking fee.
