We ship most items Via UPS. International items that are more cost effective through the United States Postal Service will use this method. Items that exceed 150 lbs must go either International Ship or Air and US Ground Freight.

NO REFUNDS, unless we sent you the wrong item which you did NOT order. We offer a Store Credit (excluding Shipping) if you return your product within 5 days of purchase. The item MUST be in resaleable condition! If you simply don't want it, you MUST obtain an RMA#, pay the return shipping, and we will give you a store credit in the cost of the product less a 25% restocking fee.
