RETURNS

Item/merchandise MUST be in Unused and Original Packaging and in Resalable Condition. All exchanges require a return authorization number (contact us for an RA #). The cost to ship the product back to TheBBQDepot.com will be paid by the customer. The cost to ship the new product(s) will be paid by the customer.

We will return your purchase less handling fee (excluding Shipping) and a 25% restocking fee if you do not want your item if you Contact us within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. You MUST obtain an RMA number or the item will be refused.
