Parts Comparison
- All parts must be measured and compared to your original part. We do our best to accurately list model numbers and parts. A lot of times parts may change while model numbers remain the same.
Returns & Exchanges
- All item/merchandise MUST be in Unused and Original Packaging and in Resalable Condition. All returns/exchanges require a return authorization number (contact us for an RMA#). The cost to ship the product back to The BBQ Depot will be paid by the customer. The cost to ship the new product(s) will be paid by the customer. (Unless our mistake)
- All returns or exchanges must be received at our Hollywood, FL location within 30 of placing your order. After 30 days, returns will be refused and Return Authorizations will not be given.
- NO REFUNDS on SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
- Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable on all orders
Free Shipping is on items over $99. If you return an item that shipped free, you will be resposible for shipping back to us as well as outbound shipping cost will be deducted from merchandise credit.
Cancellations
- Orders WILL NOT be canceled once they are placed.
Refused Shipments
- If you refuse your merchandise you will be charged for return shipping charges as well as a 50% restocking fee.
