  1. WOW this is some bbq 5 Star Rating

I recently built an outdoor kitchen and after careful research, TK at The BBQ Depot helped me choose an Alfresco grill. I really wanted the infrared burner but did not want to sacrifice my grilling area so I decided on the 42 inch with the infrared burner. Boy this baby gets hot. I love cooking on the infrared so much I'm wondering if I should have got all infrared burners. I have been experimenting every night.
