Alfresco ALXE 30" Built-In Grill with 2 Stainless U Burners
ALXE-30 Overview
This Made in the USA Alfresco ALXE-30 features two stainless U burners and is designed to be built-in to an outdoor kitchen structure. Engineered to deliver an intense, even heat with the control and flexibility for all kinds of food, it offers 542 sq. in. of grilling area and a three-position warming rack that eliminates the need to remove it when using your rotisserie.
Burner Performance
Two 18-SR stainless steel main burners produce 27,500 BTUs each (for a total of 55,000 BTUs). The rotisserie features a 15,000 BTU infrared burner, while the independent smoker system includes a 5,000 BTU dedicated burner with a drawer for wood chunks or herbs and spices.
Cooking Surface Technology
- Heavy-duty 3/8-inch round stainless steel rod cooking grates with special nonstick electro-polished finish
- Specially shaped pyramid briquettes feature a flat top and heat-holding cavity on underside, evenly delivering intense heat to the cooking surface
- Eliminates hot and cold spots making the effective grilling area 100% of the grilling surface
- Radiant tray locks briquettes in place - turn tray over and fire burners on high with lid closed to self clean
Rotisserie System
Integrated rotisserie system with a unique chain-driven whisper quiet built-in motor. This chain-driven system will turn your food at a smooth and consistent speed no matter how many pounds - no counter balance required. The motor is integrated directly into the grill for seamless operation.
Smoker Integration
Dedicated stainless steel smoker burner and drawer for wood chunks. The drawer features linear diffusing vents that naturally eject smoke at 200° to the food zone, providing authentic smoke flavor to your grilled foods.
Illumination Features
- Amber LED front panel lighting
- Dual integrated high-intensity halogen work lights angle slightly toward the center for bright, even illumination
- Light lenses are easily removable without tools for changing bulbs and cleaning

- Special air-cooling plenum blasts a curtain of cool air between front control panel and firebox, keeping front panel and bullnose safely cool to the touch while protecting all electronics
