ALXE-56 Overview
The Alfresco ALXE Series 56-inch built-in grill features three blue flame burners plus a double side burner built into the firebox. Made in the USA with commercial-grade 304, 18-8 stainless steel construction and all heli-arc hand-welded seams with no mechanical fasteners.

Rotisserie System
Integrated rotisserie system featuring a unique chain-driven whisper-quiet built-in motor and 18,500 BTU rear ceramic infrared burner. The chain drive turns food at a smooth, consistent speed regardless of weight - no counterbalance required.
Wood Smoking Capabilities
Advanced smoker system with 5,000 BTU dedicated stainless steel burner and drawer for wood chunks. Features exclusive cold smoke capabilities - drawer holds large chunks of wood, and linear diffusing vents naturally eject smoke at 200° to food zone.

- LED front panel lighting projects rich amber beams of light exactly where needed
- Dual integrated high-intensity halogen work lights angle slightly toward center for bright, even illumination
