Alfresco Indirect Roasting Cooking Pod

Turn your grill into an amazing roasting oven with Alfresco’s indirect roasting pod. Conveniently holds the drip pan (that is included with your grill) for self-basting, bringing out true slow-roast flavor. Use adjacent burner(s) to create convection heat, or smoke-and-roast using the smoke and herb infusion system. Simply remove your cooking grate from your grill, place the roasting pod in its place and place the cooking grate on top of the roasting pod. You will need to remove your briquette tray and place aside while using the roasting pod.

Use the drip pan from the rotisserie kit and insert it at the bottom of the roasting pod to catch the drippings that are the base for basting juices and sauces for your meats. This optional accessory brings a new level of versatility to your grill, enabling you to cook with indirect heat in your Alfresco gourmet grill. It uses the adjacent burner for true indirect roasting and fits any Alfresco grill except the 36".
