Set of 3 cast iron cooking grates. When caring for these grated be sure to use a brass bristle grill brush to keep the porcelain coating from chipping. This will greatly increase the life of the grids. As when the porcelain chips, exposing the cast iron, rust will begin to occur. Cast iron rusts and will eventually flake when exposed to air. Therefore, the extending the life of the porcelain coating is essential to protect your investment.
