ProFire Professional Overview
This ProFire Professional Series Natural Gas Grill features four controlled grilling zones with eight 11,000 BTU stainless steel burners and a 13,500 BTU Infra-Roast rotisserie burner. The grill body is constructed of commercial grade stainless steel and the double walled hood features a seamless design that is accented with a polished mirror finish.
Cooking Surface & Grates
The 966 square inch cooking surface features ProFire's 5/16 inch stainless steel cooking grates that are spaced more closely together than other grill models to better accommodate small items. The 16 gauge commercial grade stainless steel flavor plates are self-cleaning and distribute heat evenly over the entire cooking surface while minimizing flare-ups.
Rotisserie System
A heavy-duty stainless steel rotisserie motor supports up to 50 lbs, powered by the dedicated 13,500 BTU Infra-Roast rotisserie burner for perfect rotisserie cooking.
Cart Features & Accessories
The stainless steel cart includes two stainless steel fold-down side shelves, access doors for storage, and a 12-foot natural gas hose with quick disconnect. This ProFire grill also comes standard with a stainless steel smoker tray, dual purpose thermometer, and electronic multiple spark ignitor to enhance your grilling experience.
