How to Protect Your Built-in Viking Grill

When you have a built-in Viking grill in the desert climate, you should keep it covered both during the season and over summer. This is our second Viking grill cover; the first one lasted over 5 years in the worst of circumstances. I expect the same of this. It is extremely well made of very durable material, and designed to protect all the grill. I do remove the thermometer over the summer.
