How Many Grids Does My Grill Need?
Sear Zone Layout Note:
On 42" and 56" ALX2 Sear Zone grills, the infrared sear burner is always on the left side.
The left section uses a sear zone cooking grid.

standard U-burner section. The infrared sear burner requires a
