The Alfresco ALXE-36 Built-In Grill is made in the USA and engineered for professional-grade performance in luxury outdoor kitchens. With a spacious 660 sq. in. grilling area, the 36" ALXE is available in multiple configurations designed to match how you cook.

Configuration Selector: Choose the standard ALXE-36 if you want balanced, all-purpose grilling across the entire surface—or select the ALXE-36 with dedicated infrared Sear Zone if high-heat steakhouse searing is a priority in your outdoor kitchen.

All ALXE-36 configurations deliver up to 82,500 BTUs of powerful, evenly distributed heat and are built for long-term durability, serviceability, and consistent results.

The integrated rotisserie system features a unique chain-driven whisper-quiet built-in motor with an 18,500 BTU rear ceramic infrared burner. This system rotates food smoothly and consistently regardless of weight—no counterbalance required.

The smoker system includes a 5,000 BTU dedicated stainless steel burner with a drawer for wood chunks. Linear diffusing vents gently eject smoke at approximately 200° toward the food zone, supporting true cold-smoking capability.
