Fire Magic has used multiple burner designs across its grill lineup over the years. Burner style, construction, and length vary by series and production era, so accurate identification is essential when selecting a replacement burner.

Straight Burner

(Pre-Choice / Pre-Aurora generations)
OEM cast iron discontinued
OEM cast stainless available
Aftermarket cast iron available
Early Fire Magic grills originally used straight cast iron burners, which are no longer available as OEM replacements. Current OEM replacements are offered in cast stainless steel at a significantly higher cost. High-quality aftermarket cast iron burners remain a common and practical solution. Multiple burner lengths exist depending on grill size and production era — measuring your original burner is required.
U-Shaped Burner
(Center-fed)
Choice Series OEM available Center-fed U-shaped burner used exclusively on Fire Magic Choice Series grills. Designed for consistent heat distribution. Not interchangeable with straight or “E” style burners.
“E” Burner
(Cast stainless steel)
Aurora Series
Echelon Series
OEM available Heavy-duty cast stainless steel “E” burners engineered specifically for Fire Magic Aurora and Echelon fireboxes. Each grill size uses a matched burner configuration. Not backward compatible with older straight-burner designs.

Fit Tip: Always confirm burner shape first, then measure your existing burner end-to-end before ordering. If you’re unsure, our BBQ experts can help identify the correct Fire Magic replacement using photos, measurements, or model information.
