Weber Flavorizer Bars

In lieu of using briquettes or lava rock, Weber Grills developed a system of heat disbursement they call flavorizer bars. Their purpose is spread the heat evenly across the grilling surface. They come in either stainless steel or porcelain coated steel and vary in length and quantity depending on the series of grill (ie; Spirit, Genesis or Summit).
