This is an aftermarket DCS-compatible U burner designed for grills that use a flat-style burner (no bottom heat shield).
Important: This burner does not include a heat shield. If your original burner has a shield attached underneath, this is not the correct version.
While designed to replace the OEM burner, this aftermarket version may differ slightly in length, construction, and burner port placement.
This burner features a center-fed pipe that bends downward at the rear (does not sit flat like some OEM designs), and burner ports are located on the sides — not along the back curve of the “U”.
In some cases, this burner may be slightly shorter than the original. If additional reach is needed, installing a longer orifice (Part 31800) can help compensate.
We strongly recommend removing and comparing your original burner before ordering.
