Missing Part

I purchased 2 replacement trays and one was perfect. However the second tray I opened was missing the locking bar that holds the rods in place. I checked to make sure all the items were received when I got the shipment but didn't unwrap the individual packages until after I cleaned the the BBQ which was about a week later and too late to return. I had to use the old locking bar.
