DCS manufactures their grills with cooking grates they call "finger grids" These grids are essentially two sided. You use the channeled side for more greasy foods and then you can flip the grid over to cook less fatty foods such as chicken or fish. This cast molded cooking grid is made from high quality stainless steel.
Your grill gets a lot of use. With that use comes punishment from heat, grease, and the elements. After long enough, you'll start to see the wear and tear take its toll. But that doesn't mean it's time to replace the whole thing!
This is an original DCS manufactured part.. Don't buy a brand new grill when all you need are a few new parts!
