Triple Burner Performance
Intense heat is provided by three 18-SR burners with double lanced ports that are corrosion resistant and are warranted to last a lifetime.
- Three U burners
- Eliminate hot and cold spots with specially shaped pyramid briquettes making the effective grilling area 100% of the grilling surface
- Radiant tray locks briquettes in place - self clean the trays by turning them over and firing burners on high with lid closed
Cool-Touch Technology
One of the most innovative features offered by Alfresco is the special air-cooling plenum that blasts a curtain of cool air naturally flowing up between the front control panel and firebox, keeping the front panel and bullnose safely cool to the touch. This also protects all the electronics.

- Made from all commercial-grade 304, 18-8 stainless steel
- All heli-arc hand-welded seams with no mechanical fasteners
- Heavy-duty 3/8-inch round stainless steel rod cooking grates with a nonstick electro-polished finish

Integrated Rotisserie System
Features a unique chain driven whisper quiet built-in motor and 18,500 BTU rear ceramic infrared burner. No need for a counterbalance.
Wood Smoker Capabilities
Smoker system with 5,000 BTU dedicated stainless steel burner and drawer for wood chunks. Features exclusive cold smoke capabilities. Drawer holds large chunks of wood or herbs with diffusing vents to naturally eject smoke at 200° to food zone.

- Beautiful amber LED front panel lighting creates outdoor ambiance
- Dual integrated high-intensity halogen work lights angle slightly toward the center for bright, even illumination
- Light lenses are easily removable without tools for changing bulbs and cleaning
