The Artisan ASZG Sear Zone Cooking Grate is a grate manufactured specifically for use over the infrared sear burner. When you install the sear zone burner in your Artisan grill, this grate works best.
Over time, sear zone grates can rust, crack, or fall apart. Replacing a worn sear grate helps restore proper performance and protects the underlying infrared burner.
