Le Griddle Overview
The Le Griddle comes from France and is constructed of 304 stainless steel. What makes this more unique than other griddles? The cooking surface is stainless with cast-iron molded to it. Cast-iron is one of the best cooking materials because of how well it transfers heat. Normal stainless griddles have hotspots mainly where the burners are located under the stainless. This Le Griddle has an international patent on the cast-iron stainless design which spreads the heat evenly through the entire cooking surface.
