Place 4 skinless, boneless breast halves in a large re-sealable bag along with a cup of Italian, Caesar or light balsamic dressing. Seal the bag and let the chicken marinate for about 10 minutes. Then toss the chicken onto your grill and cook over medium heat for another 10 minutes. You can also cut up some of your favorite veggies and cook them right alongside the chicken.
Preheat your grill for high heat, and baste your grates with vegetable or canola oil (to prevent meat from sticking). Mix the following ingredients in a large bowl: 1 pound ground beef, 1 beaten egg, ¼ cup cooking oats, a dash of salt and pepper, and 1 teaspoon of dry onion soup mix. Shape the mixture into 4 to 6 burger patties, and toss them onto your grill. Cook each patty for about 5 minutes on each side.
Mix the following ingredients in a medium bowl: ½ cup vegetable oil, 1/3 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 2 cloves garlic, a dash of pepper and a squeeze of lemon or lime juice. Pour your marinade over 1 ½ pound flank steak in a glass bowl and refrigerate for approximately 6 hours. Preheat your grill for medium-high heat, and baste your grates with vegetable or canola oil. Cut flank into individual steaks as desired and place the steaks onto grill. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side, depending on how well done you like your steaks.
Mix the following ingredients in a small bowl: 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1/3 cup water, 1/3 cup brown sugar, and ¼ cup vegetable oil. Drizzle lemon pepper and garlic powder over 4 to 6 salmon fillets and place them in a re-sealable plastic bag with your marinade. Refrigerate for 2 hours and grill your salmon at medium heat. Each side will need approximately 6 to 8 minutes on the grill.
Cut a medium-sized eggplant into ¼ inch slices. Brush the slices with olive oil and drizzle them with salt and pepper.
