If your burner body is still functional and you only need to replace the protective screen, the screen is available separately: Part # S13144 .
Important Fit Notice
Twin Eagles grills are produced in multiple series, and internal components can vary by production year. Always confirm your grill series before ordering.
How to Identify Your Series:
The series is determined by the first letter after the dash (-) in your model number.
Example: TEBQ42RS-B is a B-Series grill. (The "RS" indicates Rotisserie + Sear configuration, while the "-B" identifies the series.)
Twin Eagles continuously refines product designs. Replacement parts may vary slightly in appearance from the original but are engineered to fit and function correctly.
When Should I Replace My Infrared Burner?
Excessive Noise or Uneven Flame Behavior
If you hear a loud whooshing sound, experience delayed ignition,
or notice flames escaping around the burner housing instead of glowing evenly across the ceramic surface,
replacement is recommended.
Visible Ceramic Damage
Cracking, crumbling, or missing ceramic tiles indicate structural deterioration.
Once compromised, the burner can no longer deliver even radiant heat.
Replacing a worn infrared burner restores proper radiant heat output and ensures safe, high-temperature searing performance.
Infrared vs. Traditional Blue Flame Burners
Traditional stainless blue flame burners cook primarily through convection heat, heating the air around the food with an open flame. Infrared burners operate differently.
An infrared burner uses a ceramic surface that absorbs flame energy and converts it into intense radiant heat. This radiant energy directly penetrates the surface of the food, producing faster searing and improved caramelization.
- Faster preheat times
- Higher maximum temperatures
- More concentrated searing power
- Less performance impact from wind
If your infrared burner is not performing evenly, your grill will lose its signature steakhouse-quality sear.
