If your current venturi tubes are worn, rusted, or missing, replace those at the same time for best results.
Why Replace the Venturi Too?
The venturi carries gas from the valve into the burner. If the venturi is the wrong size, damaged, or heavily corroded, the burner may not install correctly or perform as expected.
That is why this burner is sold separately from the venturi tube—to let you match the proper venturi length and style for your grill.

When replacing a universal burner, always inspect the venturi tubes and mounting points at the same time. In many older grills, the burner fails because the surrounding parts are rusted.
