AOG Grills utilize two different ignition systems on their new grills depending on series. The “L” series grills use an electronic push button that requires 120 volt power and thereby does not require batteries. The “T” series grills use a piezo push-to-light ignition system eliminating the need for electricity or batteries.
Older AOG grills used a battery operated spark ignition system.
