What's the differences between the Professional and American Eagle series?

The Professional series features interior halogen lights, LED control knobs, rotisserie back burner, and 110V electric ignition, while the American Eagle series uses 9V battery ignition and does not have any electrical features, making it more affordable and less costly to maintain.

Are Artisan Grills made in the USA?

Yes, all Artisan Grills are manufactured in the US by Alfresco.

What is the Manufacturer's warranty?

10-year warranty on all stainless steel components and a 15-year warranty on burners. Briquette Trays (not including briquettes) are covered for 3 years, and other components including igniters are covered for 1 year from purchase date.

What is the optional sear zone burner?

A sear zone is a ceramic burner that can reach extremely high temperatures (up to 1600°F) to quickly sear meats, lock in juices and creating restaurant-quality results. Optional on both Artisan grill series.

Can I convert my Artisan Grill from propane to natural gas (or vice versa)?

Yes, Artisan Grills can be converted between one gas type to another by purchasing the appropriate conversion kit. However, all gas conversions should be performed by licensed professionals to ensure safety and proper installation.
