Lynx Sedona briquettes trays
Trays were perfect. Only issue 4 briquettes broken, but I replaced the 4 with my old tray briquettes no big deal. Orders were quick and packed well so it was just happenstance.

A perfect replacement.
The product was top of the line. I had a hard time finding the exact replacement part, until i called BBQ DEPOT. A lady named Lizette answered my call , and within a few minutes she had exactly what i was looking for. Price was more than reasonable and delivered to me in a timely manner. Fits perfectly
Our original briquette trays disintegrated, from barbecue sauce spills I suppose. Replaced both left and center units which are exact replacements took about a minute to install. Hope they last a bit longer than the originals.

I usually don't leave reviews -- I mean, what can I say about a replacement part for my grill, other than it's an authentic replacement part for my grill and arrived in promptly and in good shape -- but I do want to give a shout out for the customer service. They responded practically in real time to my question (submitted through their web site) and then went the extra step to update their web site so future customers would not be confused as I was. Had to replace my briquettes in my Lynx grill. Called customer service prior to ordering to make sure I ordered the right product. They were very helpful and got me set up with the correct item. Package was delivered within a couple days. Packed perfectly to insure briquettes arrived without any damage.

I hope it lasts longer than my first two
This is the second of these I've had to buy. My grill is 6 years old. I used it 1-2 times a week. These trays disintegrate in 3 years of use.
