Easy Install - excessively expensive

The part was a good replacement and an easy install. The challenge I have is that this is a part that must be replaced every two-three years due to the inability to clean without affecting sear performance. The idea that this part costs $500 seems excessively expensive considering what it is. Somebody is making serious profit on a part that probably costs $50 to make.

Works well, does what it is supposed to do

Works well and fairly straight forward to install. Had to remove one screw and a protective plate and then wrestle it in. My only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because of how expensive this thing is. The one I replaced only lasted about 3 years and maybe 20 uses. At ~$25/use that seems ridiculous.

Pro Sear burner replacement

I was never crazy about the sear burner and would not get a grill with one. It is impossible to clean. But after 12 years it was falling apart. The replacement burner fit snugly in place and now my grill is looking great. Thanks for the great online help.

Not quite but it works

The hole for the gas connect was just a little larger. Had to bore it out at a bit. But it all worked great.
