Is it time to replace my briquette assembly?
If your stainless steel tray has rusted to the point that briquettes are falling out, it’s time for a new tray. A degraded tray causes uneven disbursement of flames.
How does the self-cleaning feature work?
This tray includes locking bars to keep the briquettes secure. Simply flip the entire tray upside down and run your burners on 'High' for 5-10 minutes. This incinerates drippings and carbon buildup, extending the life of your ceramic briquettes.
