4. Better than OEM

   Replaced the Alfresco OE trays. They were rotted out after 3 years. These were not the width I required, but due to the metal thickness I got 1 extra and cut it down on the side I sear steaks. If I could have found this item in correct width I would have done it "right". Time will tell but in general the ceramic experiment is not for a daily user 365, 24/7, restaurant quality etc... which is how they advertise. This item appears to be built heavier and has shown real promise during the break in. Good temp control for difficult meat like venison and tender fish.

6. Perfect fit

   I bought two of these trays with briquettes already installed. Replacing the old trays was a simple matter of lifting out the old and dropping in the new ones. The fit was perfect in my 36" Alfresco gas grill.
