OEM Lynx Hot Surface Ignition (HSI) Electrode
This genuine Lynx hot surface ignition electrode is used on select Lynx Professional grills. The electrical connection on this electrode sits approximately 1 inch above the bottom of the stem. This is one of the easiest ways to distinguish it from electrode 33556, which has the connection located at the bottom of the stem.

Important Fit Note
Lynx uses several different ignition electrodes depending on the grill series, burner location, burner type, and whether the grill has been upgraded from an earlier ignition system.
On L and M Series grills, part 33051 is used on all standard burners.
On N, P, Q, and U Series grills, part 33051 is typically used only on the far left burner position. All burners to the right generally use part 33556.
If your grill is equipped with a Trident (ProSear2 / All-Sear) burner, that burner will use 33556.
If you have a J or K Series grill that has been upgraded from the original glow coil ignition system, part 33051 is typically used on all standard burners. However, if the grill has a ProSear burner on the right side, that burner will use part 33969.
BBQ Depot Expert Tip: The fastest way to identify whether you need 33051 or 33556 is by looking at the wire connection. On 33051, the connection is located approximately 1 inch above the bottom of the stem. On 33556, the connection is located at the bottom of the stem.
