Holiday Recipe - Bourbon Bread Pudding

Use your Firetainment Patio Fire Table to make this delicious treat. 


A perfect pairing for the Holidays, enjoy this bourbon bread pudding with a warm glass of

apple cider, hot cocoa, or coffee.

Serves: 2

Prep Time: 25 min

Cook Time: 45 min


4 tablespoons melted butter

3 beaten eggs

1 cup heavy cream

¼ cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup pecans

¼ cup bourbon

2 cups old bread cut into ¼ in. cubes


Mix vanilla, cream, brown sugar, bourbon, eggs and pecans in a bowl. Place bread in

the dutch oven and pour egg mixture over the top. Over a low flame setting, cook

with the lid on for 40 minutes (do not stir). Serve and enjoy!
