  1. Product so-so; Service great!

    The stainless steel bars of this grill grate had shifted or bent such that each grate was no longer shaped like a perfect rectangle. Each of the three grates was shaped like a trapezoid, making it impossible for them to fit into my grill. I called The BBQ Depot and explained the problem. Within 3 days, I received a new delivery of grates from them, and they were perfect. While I was disappointed with the quality of the first shipment, I was very pleased at the quick action that BBQ Depot took to remedy the problem.
