When Should I Replace My Briquette Tray?
Replace the briquette tray when the stainless steel has deteriorated to the point that it can no longer securely support the ceramic briquettes. The ceramic briquettes generally only need replacement when they begin to crack, crumble, or deteriorate.
How Should I Clean the Ceramic Briquettes?
Brush accumulated debris from the ceramic briquettes as needed. Do not clean the briquettes with water, as repeated exposure to water can cause them to deteriorate faster.
