Powered by two independently controlled Trident infrared burners, the Asado heats quickly, recovers temperature rapidly, and provides precise zone cooking for everything from breakfast favorites to restaurant-quality lunches and dinners.
Unlike traditional gas griddles, the Asado uses Lynx's patented Trident burner system beneath a multi-layer stainless steel cooking surface to deliver consistent heat across the cooktop while allowing separate temperature zones for searing, sautéing, warming, and finishing foods simultaneously.
