How to assemble the USA made Viking Aftermarket briquette trays part VIKBT1

You will need a Phillips head screwdriver and either your original briquettes from your old trays or new briquettes

1. Slide the briquettes on the tray. The small tray will use 16 and the large tray uses 18 briquettes

2. Place the support bracket on top of the tray lining up the holes from the bracket to the top of the tray

3. Use the provided screws to tighten the support bracket to the tray

4. Install in your grill

Great repair made easy

My Viking grill had half of the trays of ceramic briquettes disintegrate, yet grill was great otherwise. I ordered replacement trays and reloaded the ceramic briquettes. All is working perfectly, and I did not have to pay a repairman to come and replace the parts for me.

Better solution for a terrible Viking design

These replace the OEM grates which are absurdly priced and given that all 6 need to be replaced every couple of years, this is the best alternative. For all of Vikings brand recognition...their grill design is absolutely terrible. Get a Fire Magic, not a Viking.

Great product, just absurdly priced.

These replace the OEM Vikings grates. They are considerably cheaper and the quality is as good or better, however, they are still insanely priced for some stamped stainless steel that will only last about a year because of the grills poor design. This is a Viking criticism, not a criticism of the product.
