Doesn't fit!

I had many emails and photos back and forth to confirm that this was the correct product for my needs. After much assurance, I made the purchase (despite my repeated questions about a different product at half the cost that appeared to be correct, but I was told would not fit).
When it arrived, it had the wrong holes and wrong lip for what I needed. This should have been obvious from the photos that I sent.
