The tray holds ceramic briquettes above the burner to help distribute heat evenly across the cooking surface while protecting the burner from grease drippings.
When should I replace my briquette tray?
Briquette trays are exposed to intense heat and grease during normal grilling. Replace the tray if it is heavily corroded, warped, burned through, or no longer supports the ceramic briquettes properly.
Is an OEM Wolf briquette tray available?
Yes. We also offer the Wolf OEM briquette tray assembly, current OEM part 828346, which replaces previous part number 814552.
