I usually don't leave reviews -- I mean, what can I say about a replacement part for my grill, other than it's an authentic replacement part for my grill and arrived in promptly and in good shape -- but I do want to give a shout out for the customer service. They responded practically in real time to my question (submitted through their web site) and then went the extra step to update their web site so future customers would not be confused as I was. Well done!

Fits perfectly
Our original briquette trays disintegrated, from barbecue sauce spills I suppose. Replaced both left and center units which are exact replacements took about a minute to install. Hope they last a bit longer than the originals.

A perfect replacement.
The product was top of the line. I had a hard time finding the exact replacement part, until i called BBQ DEPOT. A lady named Lizette answered my call , and within a few minutes she had exactly what i was looking for. Price was more than reasonable and delivered to me in a timely manner. Lynx Sedona briquettes trays
Trays were perfect. Only issue 4 briquettes broken, but I replaced the 4 with my old tray briquettes no big deal. Orders were quick and packed well so it was just happenstance.
