Burners - Solaire
Good working burners are essential to get the best cooking experience. Over time the ceramic on your infrared burners may crack or your U shaped burners may get holes.
Solaire uses two style of burners in their grills : Infrared and Conventional (Blue Flame Stainless U Burners). Some have all infrared, some have all convection and some have a combination. The tabletop grills only use infrared.
