Lynx Sonoma Smart Smoker is an innovative stainless steel smoker that features a wireless LCD touch screen that enables you to connect to the free App that allows you to not only check the status of your food but also a list of recipes. This unit can be used as a countertop smoker or even built-in to your outdoor kitchen. There are dual racks to place your food, 1000 sq in of cooking surface (large enough for 6 baby back ribs) and a temperature range of 160-350 degrees. You are able to smoke up to 6 hours without having to change your wood chips. This smoker requires both gas and electricity to operate.
