The Sedona Grills have either all Standard Blueflame U burners or a combination of U burners with one Prosear, these models will have a PS after the model number. All model Sedona Grill model use the same U burner.
Understanding Sedona Burner Types
Standard U-Burners
All Sedona models use the same high-quality stainless steel U-burner design. These 23,000 BTU burners provide reliable, even heat distribution.
Compatible with: All L400, L500, L600, L700 models
ProSear Burners
ProSear models (indicated by "PS" in the model number) feature a special infrared burner for high-heat searing up to 1000°F. There are two ProSear versions:
- Original ProSear (Part #32915) - Used in early L500 models with Lynx emblem
- Current ProSear (Part #33943) - Used in all newer Sedona branded models Both versions are compatible and will work in grills designed for ProSear burners.
Can I Upgrade My Standard Burner to ProSear?
Standard Sedona models cannot be converted to ProSear because the grill body doesn't have the necessary mounting holes for the ProSear ignition electrode. Always use the burner type specified for your model to ensure proper ignition and performance.
